Founded in 1958 by Thomas E. Kenna; Tom purchased his first Linden Tower Crane in 1958, Model L30/60, mainly for use in the concrete formwork business.   In 1962, the small company became the dealer for B.M. Heede, it was then that Heede Southeast, Inc. began growing their rental fleet and entered into the tower crane rental market. 

In early 80’s Heede Southeast became the first tower crane company in the United States to offer “turnkey” packages to rental customers. These packages include: erection, dismantling, parts, service and freight. In 1985 Heede Southeast bought our first “Flat Top” model 8000 Linden Tower Crane manufactured in Sweden.

 In 1995 Heede Southeast became dealers for Linden Comansa tower cranes which are manufactured in Pamplona Spain and in 1998 Heede bought their first Linden Comansa 8000 from Spain. 

Heede Southeast and the Kenna Family’s dedication to the Linden Comansa product line stems from Linden’s excellent product support, service and superior modular design. 

Linden-Comansa cranes are distributed in over thirty countries in four continents, including Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan and the U.S.A. Linden-Comansa America is the exclusive distributor for Linden-Comansa cranes in North America and are unsurpassed in the tower crane industry.
